Pricing Questions

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. We provide free estimates for all planned electrical work, including panel upgrades, EV charger installations, remodel rewiring, and safety inspections.

Is there a diagnostic fee for troubleshooting?

When an electrical problem is unknown, a standard diagnostic fee applies to cover the testing time required to isolate the issue. This fee is stated before troubleshooting begins.

Will emergency service cost more?

After-hours emergency service carries a premium diagnostic charge disclosed prior to dispatch. If you hire us to perform the repair, that diagnostic charge is applied toward the repair cost.

Emergency & After-Hours Questions

Can I call after hours?

Yes. We answer phone calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After 8:00 p.m., service is strictly reserved for genuine electrical emergencies.

How fast can you get here?

Response depends on location, current call volume, and safety conditions. When you call, owner Rod Vivar will give you an honest status update and tell you what steps to take immediately.

Credentials & Licensing

Are you licensed, insured, and bonded?

Yes. Infinity Electric is a fully licensed electrical contractor under California CSLB License #889246, maintaining full commercial general liability insurance and state bonding.

Will the work meet applicable electrical requirements?

All electrical installations and repairs performed by Infinity Electric are completed strictly in accordance with applicable California and local electrical code requirements.

Scheduling & Cleanliness

Are you available on weekends?

Yes. We take calls 24/7. Non-emergency planned work can be scheduled during standard days, while emergency calls are handled any day or night.

Do you clean up after the job?

Always. Respect for your property is a core principle. We haul away discarded wire, packaging, and old components, leaving your space clean.

Service Area Coverage

Do you serve my specific city?

We serve Los Angeles County, Orange County, and parts of the Inland Empire from our central location in Montebello. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, give us a call.

Safety First

Can I fix a sparking outlet or tripping breaker myself?

We strongly advise against DIY repairs on sparking outlets or recurring breaker trips. High voltage carries severe shock and fire hazards. Leave electrical troubleshooting to a licensed contractor.
